  • This new service provides your company with ISO certification for your organisation’s quality, compliance and anti-bribery management.

Gaining certification enhances your organisation’s approach to risk management, improves efficiencies and creates cost savings for your business.

    What is ICA Company Certification?

ICA Audit provides Management System Certification mapped to ISO Standards for Quality (ISO9001), Compliance (ISO19600) and Anti-Bribery (ISO37001).

ISO standards are accepted international benchmarks for organisations and regulators. Adopting these standards gives regulators and other stakeholders confidence in your internal systems and controls.

“On behalf of PJSC MTS, we would like to thank the ICA staff and the audit team for the high level of cooperation, professionalism and well-coordinated work within the framework of the certification audit project. Recommendations received from the auditors will make a significant contribution to the development of MTS Unified compliance system, and in general, the work carried out by the ICA (and your representative office in Russia –ICS) will have a positive impact on the development of compliance in our country.”

Irina Rasnyuk, Head of compliance functional group, Mobile TeleSystems PJSC (MTS)

    How does it work?

    Gap Analysis

The first audit stage is a Gap Analysis leading to a report on the effectiveness of the existing compliance management system.

The second stage is a more detailed audit which typically involves interviewing key personnel and further reviewing fundamental processes and procedures.

Reports from the Gap Analysis and Audit are reviewed by our Independent Certification Committee who make the decision to grant certification or provide recommendations to conform with the standard.

The first step to certification is to assess your firm's readiness - take our self-assessment questionnaire.
