Replacement certificates

You can request replacements for lost or damaged certificates for ICA qualifications.

We offer three replacement options:

  • Digital certificate: £30 (+VAT where applicable)
  • Hard copy certificate: £65 (+VAT where applicable)
  • Hard copy and digital bundle: £75 (+VAT where applicable)

Hard copy certificates are available for Advanced Certificate, Diploma, Practitioner Qualification Series and Postgraduate Diploma only.

Certificate and Specialist Certificate holders can order the digital certificate only.

Digital certificates

Digital certificates are normally issued within 2 working days.

Your certificate will be sent from noreplydigitalcredentials@int-comp.org, so please look out for the email and check your spam or junk folder.

Hard copy certificates

You should expect to receive your replacement certificate within approximately 14 working days of your payment. Please allow extra time for delivery to an address outside the United Kingdom.

Bundle

If you choose the bundle, your digital certificate will be issued within the same timescale as a standalone digital certificate, and your hard copy will follow within the hard copy timescale above.

Declined applications

The ICA reserves the right to decline the issue of a replacement certificate. If your application is declined, the fee will be refunded in full to the card used for this transaction.
