Terms and Conditions for ICA Future of FinCrime & Compliance Summit Prize Draw

The prize draw is open to ICA Fellow members who complete an online ballot entry and express an interest in being entered into the prize draw.

By entering ICA Future of FinCrime & Compliance prize draw in this way you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions and you will therefore be legally bound by them.

No responsibility is accepted by International Compliance Association for lost, undelivered, indecipherable, delayed, misdirected or incomplete entries. Only those entries received before the relevant closing time of midnight (GMT) on 26 March 2025 shall be entered into the prize draw.

Only one entry per person who must be aged 18 or over. We will not accept multiple entries per person.

The prize draw is not open to International Compliance Association employees, families or agents or anyone connected with the administration of the prize draw.

The free draw will run from the 12 March 2025 until midnight (GMT) on the 26 March 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

The winner will be notified by email or phone within fourteen (14) days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond to International Compliance Association within (14) days of being notified by Wilmington PLC, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and International Compliance Association shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described below (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 7 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and International Compliance Association shall be entitled to select another winner.

Visa letters can be issued if you are successful in getting a ticket – if your visa application is unsuccessful the International Compliance Association can reissue your ticket to another successful entry.

20 winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries.

The prize per winner is one ticket to ICA Future of FinCrime & Compliance Summit (approx. value £467.50). This does NOT include entrance to the ICA CPD Day or ICA Leaders Forum. There is no right to an alternative gift.

There is no cash alternative available, the prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and are subject to availability.

The prize is a FREE ticket to the event only and does not include travel, accommodation or visa entry.

Upon entry into a free draw a competition entrant acknowledges their data will be  processed in accordance with International Compliance Association Privacy Policy

By submitting your personal information, you understand that ICA will send you emails containing offers we think may interest you under legitimate interest.  You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.

International Compliance Association reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation.
