Welcome to the new learning hub!
On first login to the learning hub, you'll need to read your email with instructions carefully. Your username is the email you used to register for the course with us and your temporary password is detailed within the email. You will be asked to reset your password upon first login.
If you've studied with us before on the previous learning hub, please do not try to login with those details as they will not work. Only use your temporary password for the first login.
If you have already accessed the new learning platform for the first time and reset your password, and have forgotten what it was reset to, then go to the new learning platform and click on the “Forgot Password” link underneath the Sign In button and follow the prompts.
If you try to login three times without success, we will lock your account for security reasons. Within a few minutes, you will receive an email from "Okta" (if your email address is a valid username). Please follow the instructions within the emails to unlock your account, and then use the forgot password link to reset your password.
