Course format

  • Study online through self study materials and attend an expert-led 90-minute virtual classroom on 11th March 2025
  • You will have access to the course material for up to four months. Assessed by a one hour online multiple-choice exam.
  • Your results are available immediately.
  • Downloadable certificate to demonstrate your achievement

In total you are allowed two exam attempts, with a requirement to re-enrol at full cost upon failure. If you are attending the 90-minute expert led briefing, we would recommend that you complete your assessment after attendance.

Am I required to study this qualification?

Highly recommended by MoE.

Do I have to pay for the course online with a credit/debit card?

Yes.  Please contact MK for bookings of 3 or more.

Am I allowed to extend or defer my studies?

No, at the time you enrol please ensure you are available to study during the four month period.

Will the results of my exam be shared?

Yes with the MoE.

How will I access my results?

Upon successful completion of online test.

What is the pass mark for the examination?

70 - 79 % Pass

80 - 89% Merit

90 - 100 % Distinction 

When should the course fees be paid?

Fees should be paid in full before enrolling on to the programme

How can I pay the fees?

Payments can be made online using all major debit and credit cards

How long is the course?

You will have four months access to you course materials and you will also need to complete your multiple choice assessment during this period. You will also get six months free access to the ICA Learning Hub.

What happens if I don’t complete the course within the four months?

You will need to re-enrol at the full fee.

What happens if I am unable to attend the 90 minute expert-led briefing?

Attendance is not compulsory, however, it is strongly recommended for a better understanding of the key course topics and to successfully pass the assessment.

How will I be assessed?

By completion of a one hour online test consisting of 25 multiple choice questions.

What if I fail the assessment?

You will be allowed two attempts at the multiple-choice test.  If you fail both attempts you will need to re-enrol at the full fee.

Do I need to attend a test centre for the assessment?

No, it is an online assessment that can be taken from any location.

Is there a cancellation policy?

When can I sit the assessment?

You can take the assessment at any time during the four-month period but would recommend attending the briefing before taking the assessment.
