27 June 2025 – The International Compliance Association (ICA) – the leading professional body for the global regulatory and financial crime compliance community and part of Wilmington plc – announced the winners of the 2025 ICA Compliance Awards Europe during a star-studded ceremony held at the Westminster Park Plaza, London last evening.
Now in its fourth year, the ICA Compliance Awards Europe continue to shine a spotlight on the individuals and organisations who exemplify excellence in compliance and financial crime prevention. With 600+ attendees, 60+ expert judges, and 21 hotly contested categories, the 2025 ceremony marked a major milestone in celebrating innovation and impact across the industry.
This year welcomed the introduction of six new award categories, including Sanctions Team of the Year, Compliance Team of the Year – Banking, and Compliance Programme of the Year. From captains of industry to rising stars, the Awards recognised excellence at every level. Highlight categories such as Compliance Leader of the Year, Rising Star Award, and Financial Crime Prevention Team of the Year were among the most anticipated.
