Are there any expiry dates once I have enrolled onto the course?
There are no there are no expiry dates, once you are qualified the certificate is yours for life.
Is the knowledge transferable to all types of businesses?
Yes, it can apply to different industries.
Is there any requirement to maintain certain min CPD on annual basis upon completing the ICA qualification?

If I pass the ICA Diploma, is there any title I can put on my name card?
You will be able to use the qualification designation for the course that you have taken, and you will be able to use the membership designation AICA, MICA or FICA based on your level.
Is there any opportunity to make payment on an instalment basis based on whichever course you go for?
Instalment options are available for the Advanced Certificate, ICA Diplomas and ICA Professional Postgraduate Diplomas if you are self funding.
What languages are courses presented in?
Selected courses are available in Arabic, Russian, French and Simplified Chinese. View courses
If you fail the test at the end, is there a change to redo it?
Resits are available for ICA Advanced Certificate, Diplomas, Certified Practitioners, and Professional Postgraduate Diplomas. Fees apply.
ICA Certificates and Specialist Certificates include two attempts at the multiple-choice assessment.
When is the deadline to sign up for the courses?
Usually around a week before depending on space.
How long will I study for?
That depends on the level of study undertaken. Some short online courses take only three hours while our diplomas take 12 months.
