We have compiled the most frequently asked questions from the recent ICA Information Sessions in February 2025.

What happens if I can’t attend a Virtual Classroom? Are they recorded?

We strongly recommend attending your virtual classroom to maximise your learning experience.

If you cannot attend a virtual classroom, they are recorded and uploaded to the Learning Hub within 48 hours so you can catch up at your convenience. 

What currency can I pay for my course in?

We accept payments in GBP, USD and EUR.

How are the qualifications benchmarked?

The ICA Certificate and Specialist level qualifications align with benchmarks established for The Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF).

The Advanced Certificate to Postgraduate level qualifications align with benchmarks established by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) and mapped alongside the Framework for Higher Education Qualifications (FHEQ).

Which course level best suits my experience?

Do you need to do ICA Essentials first?

No. ICA Essentials are designed for people with a limited understanding of the subject who would like to know the fundamentals without taking a full qualification. 

What are the costs?

All costs for the qualification are on the relevant product page and are subject to your country's taxes.

Can I pay in instalments?

We offer an interest-free instalment plan for Professional Postgraduate Diplomas, Diplomas, and Advanced Certificates. Please see further details.
