I need approval from my manager to attend, what support do you offer?

You can download our letter of approval here, addressed from ICA President and chair of the summit, Pekka Dare. This letter helps to explain the details of the event, benefits of attending and the pricing.

We can also support you by sending you a business case.

How many CPD points will I earn, and how can this help me become a Certified Practitioner?

You can gain up to 18 CPD hours by attending the three event days. A certificate will be sent to you post-event to add to your CPD folder.

Each day you attend will earn you 6 CPD hours:

  1. CPD Day (19th May): 6 CPD
  2. ICA Future of FinCrime & Compliance Summit (20th May): 6 CPD
  3. Leaders Forum (21st May): 6 CPD

Attending the whole event as an ICA member will earn you 50 per cent of the CPD you need to become a Certified Practitioner. Learn more about becoming a Certified Practitioner.

Can I bring a team to the event?

Yes, you can - and with 5 tracks of content on the Summit Day, there is plenty of learning for all of your team. Note that sessions will not be recorded so bringing a team can allow you to benefit from more of the content by comparing notes with your colleagues!

Group discounts are available for groups of 3 or more.

Can I give my ticket to a colleague if I am no longer able to make it on the event day?

Yes, you can change the name of the ticket holder (this will be for all the days included in the ticket). Please advise our customer service team up to 48hrs before the event if somebody else will be attending in your place. If there is a name change on the day of the event, please advise the events Registration Desk.

Can I share my multi-day ticket with a colleague?

No, tickets are nominal and cannot be split between team members. Substitution of names will apply to the full booking. If your colleague wants to attend – they need a separate ticket!

Can I book the CPD Day of Leaders Forum only?

No, 1-day tickets only apply to the main Summit (20th May). To attend the CPD Day (19th May) or the Leaders Forum (21st May) in addition to the Summit, book a 2 or 3-day ticket via our registration page and select “2 Days” or “3 Days”.

Are there ICA member discounts available?

Yes, if you are an ICA Professional or fellow you can book your ticket with a 15% discount on the registration page here. The discount will apply to the current rate applicable at the date of purchase. 

Please note this rate is not applicable for ICA associates.

How can I pay by invoice?

Invoices can only be applied to bookings made 30 days or more ahead of the event.

All invoice payments must be made ahead of the conference for admittance. If your payment has not been received by the conference date, you may be asked to provide a credit card guarantee on arrival at the conference.

What discounts are available to book my place?

There are a number of discounts you can benefit from:

Early bird rates:

  • Loyalty rate: save up to £205 off the Standard rate. Offer ends 12 December 2025
  • Super early bird: Save up to £150 off the Standard rate. Offer ends 13 February 2026
  • Early bird: Save up to £80 off the Standard rate. Offer ends 10 April 2026

Group discounts:

  • Book 3-5 tickets and benefit from a 10% discount on your purchase
  • Book more than 6 tickets and benefit from a 20% discount on your purchase,

Who classifies for the Supplier rate?

If you provide services and solutions to internal compliance teams, then we classify you as a Supplier. This rate is applicable to RegTech partners, Recruitment firms, Law firms, Consultancies, Training providers and other advisory firms. Any queries please contact: delegate@int-comp.org.

I need a visa to attend the conference, what support do you offer?

We can provide a supporting letter for your visa application process. Please inform us at events@int-comp.orgof your requirements. Please note that visa support can only be offered to delegates who have purchased a ticket and the payment and processing of the visa application ahead of the conference dates is the delegate’s responsibility.   

In the eventuality that the visa is not approved by the conference, please contact the customer services team to discuss credit for another event and failing that a refund. Please refer to our full Ts and Cs for full details on our refund and cancellation policy.

Can I pay by an alternative currency to GBP?

Tickets purchased on the website are only available in GBP.

If you wish to pay with EUR or USD, you can pay via invoice. Please contact our team to issue your invoice.

You are also welcome to make payment using your preferred currency, and your bank will process the conversion into GBP at the current exchange rate.

VAT @ 20% will be charged on all tickets.

Why is my payment failing when I try to buy tickets online?

One common reason for payment failures is entering an address that doesn’t match the billing address registered with your card provider. Please ensure you use the address linked to your card (e.g. the one on your bank statement) when entering your payment details. If you're unsure of your billing address, contact your bank or check your account records.

Do I need to pay VAT on my ticket?

Yes - because the event is based in the UK, any tickets sold are subject to UK VAT rates as required by UK law.

Please note unless otherwise stated VAT is not included in the advertised ticket price and will be added at the checkout / on your confirmation invoice.

I bought my ticket but now have a discount code - can it be added to my booking?

Discount codes are valid only at the time of registration. They cannot be applied to existing bookings, and we’re unable to process cancellations for the purpose of rebooking with a discount. Please ensure your code is entered before completing your purchase.
