You can gain up to 18 CPD hours by attending the three event days. A certificate will be sent to you post-event to add to your CPD folder.
Each day you attend will earn you 6 CPD hours:
- CPD Day (19th May): 6 CPD

- Leaders Forum (21st May): 6 CPD

Yes, you can change the name of the ticket holder (this will be for all the days included in the ticket). Please advise our customer service team up to 48hrs before the event if somebody else will be attending in your place. If there is a name change on the day of the event, please advise the events Registration Desk.

No, tickets are nominal and cannot be split between team members. Substitution of names will apply to the full booking. If your colleague wants to attend – they need a separate ticket!

Invoices can only be applied to bookings made 30 days or more ahead of the event.
All invoice payments must be made ahead of the conference for admittance. If your payment has not been received by the conference date, you may be asked to provide a credit card guarantee on arrival at the conference.

We can provide a supporting letter for your visa application process. Please inform us at events@int-comp.org of your requirements. Please note that visa support can only be offered to delegates who have purchased a ticket and the payment and processing of the visa application ahead of the conference dates is the delegate’s responsibility.
In the eventuality that the visa is not approved by the conference, please contact the customer services team to discuss credit for another event and failing that a refund. Please refer to our full Ts and Cs for full details on our refund and cancellation policy.

Tickets purchased on the website are only available in GBP.
If you wish to pay with EUR or USD, you can pay via invoice. Please contact our team to issue your invoice.
You are also welcome to make payment using your preferred currency, and your bank will process the conversion into GBP at the current exchange rate.
VAT @ 20% will be charged on all tickets.
