Our association and its members are committed to full compliance with all  applicable competition and antitrust laws, including the UK Competition Act 1998 and, where relevant, international laws. . While the association will provide appropriate guidance and oversight to promote compliance, each member remains individually accountable for their conduct.

3. Conduct at Meetings and Events

We strictly prohibit engagement in any anti-competitive discussions during association meetings, events, or informal gatherings. If any such discussion arises, participants are expected to object immediately and, if necessary, report the matter to the association.

By promoting lawful and ethical conduct, we aim to create a safe and supportive environment where members can collaborate, share knowledge, and advance their professional goals without risk of legal exposure or reputational harm.
