ICA and La Touche Training host event for compliance and anti money laundering professionals in Dublin

The International Compliance Association (ICA) and its partner in Ireland, La Touche Training, are hosting a free event for those working in or aspiring to work in compliance, anti money laundering or financial crime prevention:

22 September 2016, 4:30pm – 6:30pm

Morrison Hotel, Dublin

Speakers will include:

  • Domhnall Cullinan, Head of Anti Money Laundering Division at Central Bank of Ireland
  • Detective Sergeants Clodagh White and John Poole from the Financial Intelligence Unit Garda Bureau of Fraud Investigation
  • Spokesperson for International Compliance Association
  • Lee Byrne, Global Head of AML at International Compliance Training (ICA’s training partner)

This open event is an excellent opportunity for attendees to hear from leading speakers, network with fellow compliance professionals and find out more about the importance of having globally recognised qualifications that enhance their professional reputation and significantly improve the performance and protection of their firm.

Speaking about the event, a spokesperson for ICA said “Compliance, once viewed as a somewhat restrictive back-office role, has now evolved into something much more exciting, varied and challenging and is now a high profile function within a business.  As such it has, along with AML and fraud prevention, become a profession in its own right which requires specialist skills and niche knowledge –and ICA’s internationally recognised qualifications provide exactly that.”
