ICA Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Governance, Risk and Financial Crime Compliance (Singapore)

Learners will be assessed using two methodologies. They will be required to write a reflective journal covering each of the masterclasses in which they will be required to articulate the key learning/development points, which may be supported by evidence from their own wider readings. A selection of the reflective journals will also contain a requirement to articulate how the learning/development points have been, or will be, implemented in their roles.  

Upon completion of the reflective journals, the candidates will be required to attend a live assessment, scheduled for 2 hours, during which they will be asked to articulate examples of how they have dealt with (or would deal with) situations requiring application of the key learning principles, including leadership, judgement, strategic thinking, problem solving and technical knowledge.

Students are eligible if they have an ICA diploma and 5 years’ experience in a senior compliance role or have completed 8 years’ work experience or more in a senior compliance role.  

Individuals will be required to demonstrate strategic and leadership skills in the work environment. Roles where the individuals have purely been subject to compliance requirements (e.g., Relationship Managers) or roles where they are implementing the strategy of others (e.g., compliance mid-level managers) will not be considered appropriate.  Applicants will be asked to submit their CV as evidence of relevant experience and may be subject to an interview with a member of the ICTA Academic Team.
