This course provides an excellent foundation-level knowledge of KYC and CDD concepts. You will explore these key questions: What does KYC mean and what is involved in customer due diligence? Why is it important? Who does it impact? What sort of information is looked at when considering a customer? What kind of systems are involved? What happens when it goes wrong?
