Diversity and Inclusion in the Compliance World – ‘Celebration of People’ Survey

Written by International Compliance Association on Tuesday August 18, 2020

Workforce Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) is proven to have a positive impact on a company’s performance, bottom line and innovation. As one study1 suggests, firms that have more diverse management teams have 19% higher revenue due to innovation. Compliance is no exception and is only strengthened by D&I. For example, firms that promote gender diversity have lower conduct risk, healthier culture, and the ability to better handle non-financial misconduct2

With this mind, we are excited to launch a new initiative dedicated to championing diversity and inclusion in the compliance world. In a series of video interviews, panel discussions and multi-media reports, we will spotlight the compliance industry’s leading diversity champions, making a difference in the industry and society at large.
