Paul Asare-Archer
Director of Compliance, O2 (Telefónica UK)
Paul is the Director of Compliance at O2 (Telefónica UK) and since November 2020 has also sat on the Audit Committee of England Boxing. Academically, Paul is a MBA and Law Graduate.
Paul started his career at Deloitte before moving into financial services compliance within the Bank of Ireland Group. Alongside his 20+ years in Compliance, Paul has been recognised by a number of award bodies and in 2020 was named Employee of the Year by the Black Tech Achievement Awards.
Away from work, Paul is a married father of two. Paul is also a keen runner and has completed multiple full and half marathons for charitable causes.
