One of the toughest and most complex issues for compliance is the measurement and management of culture. HPOs is a system that can be used for ‘cultural mapping’ in conjunction with conventional audit techniques. The system is capable of being used as a tool for ongoing evaluation and management of people risk. It could also be used to provide a separate diagnostic audit of culture and behaviours in between formal audits. Effectively, this tool will enable compliance officers to measure their firm's culture in a rigorous and methodologically sound way, empowering them to make cultural changes happen.
