What will be discussed on the initial telephone conversation?

It would be helpful to have an understanding of the following, in order for the ICA Audit team to ensure they are providing you with the right information and support.

  • Risk areas that may be of concern

 

How long will the initial call take?

It will take approximately 15 minutes for us to gain an initial understanding of your business and needs.

 

Can a Skype call be organised to allow multiple people to attend the call?
