Information for Training Providers

End-Point Assessment

The employer must appoint us to deliver end-point assessment services. We will then work with the main training provider or Education & Skills Funding Agency fund-holder, who will contract with us to plan the schedule of activities to meet your end-point assessment needs.

Once we have been appointed by the employer we will work with training providers to schedule the EPA delivery.

At the point of registration we would require the following information for each apprentice:

  • Full name
  • Unique Learner Number (ULN)
  • Email address
  • Location
  • Sector
  • Apprenticeship start date
  • Estimated date of Gateway assessment

Once appointed as the end-point assessment apprenticeship organisation, we will work with your apprenticeship team and provide guidance materials to support all those involved to ensure your apprentices are ready for end-point assessment.

Our service is managed by friendly, dedicated and professional staff who will be on hand to guide you through the process.

The ICA End-Point Assessment Service is entirely independent from the on-programme journey. We have no control over your training delivery.

ICA are proud of the achievements of apprentices who have successfully completed their end-point assessment with our EPAO and they are entitled to use post-nominals in the following format: ICA QA [Qualified Apprentice] (+ abbreviation for the standard).

Specifically, these are as shown below:

  • Senior Compliance Risk Specialists (L6) = ICA QA(SCRS)
  • Regulatory Compliance Officer = ICA QA(RCO)
  • Compliance Risk Specialist = ICA QA(CRS)
  • Counter Fraud Investigator = ICA QA (CFI)
  • Public Sector Compliance Investigator = ICA QA (PSCI).

ICA’s qualified apprentices are a welcome addition to our compliance community.

Level 4 Regulatory Compliance Officer Award
ICA now offers a separate certification for the knowledge exam awarded at pass, merit or distinction level that attests to your knowledge of regulation, risk assessment and business stakeholders and their compliance needs.
