The Government has committed to achieving 3 million apprenticeship starts by 2020 so it’s an exciting time to become an apprentice.
Apprenticeships are offered by some of the most innovative and forward-thinking companies within the compliance and financial services sectors and can lead to a successful career. Apprenticeships combine practical training in a job with study.
Upon achievement, apprentices receive a certificate from the Institute for Apprenticeships to formally recognise the award.
Apprentices can complete an ICA qualification as part of the following two Apprenticeship standards:
As an apprentice registered to take their end-point assessment with us, you with automatically become a member of the ICA and enjoy the benefits that this provides.
ICA members have access to a wealth of knowledge, tools, resources and practical support in their career. As a member you will have access to our online CPD cente, regular updates, our bi-monthly magazine inCOMPLIANCE® and a calendar of webinars and events.
When you successfully complete your end-point assessment you will be invited join us to celebrate your success at one of our ICA Award Ceremonies.
ICA Award Ceremonies are truly wonderful evenings where you can celebrate with your family and friends.
ICA are proud of the achievements of apprentices who have successfully completed their end-point assessment with our EPAO and they are entitled to use post-nominals in the following format: ICA QA [Qualified Apprentice] (+ abbreviation for the standard).
ICA’s qualified apprentices are a welcome addition to our compliance community.
ICA now offers a separate certification for the knowledge exam awarded at pass, merit or distinction level that attests to your knowledge of regulation, risk assessment and business stakeholders and their compliance needs.
