Simone Jones

Simone joined ICA in 2005 after spending almost 10 years in the wealth management industry where she held a number of roles across compliance and financial crime, including Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer and Nominated Officer.

Since joining ICA, Simone has worked with a number of financial institutions including tier 1 banks to understand their learning needs and develop learning solutions. Simone has also written for ICA and external publications on topics including financial crime and learning.

Simone now heads the Product Management function and is responsible for developing the vision, strategy and roadmap for ICA’s products. She is passionate about understanding the needs of the compliance community, and ensuring that ICA helps support Compliance professionals in all stages of their career.
