Phillip Bryant

I joined ICA in 2016 and I lead the team that is responsible for ICA’s qualifications and assessment. This means that I am responsible for regulatory compliance, strategic planning, organisational development, and operational delivery and improvement.

I have previously worked for UK examination boards managing high profile national public examinations for 14 to 19 year old students across a range of subjects. In those roles I took a great deal of satisfaction from delivering assessments that gave all students the opportunity to achieve to their full ability, and from providing qualifications that enabled students to progress into further study or employment.

My role at ICA gives me that same sense of achievement and satisfaction, through providing high standard qualifications that are an exciting mix of professional competency and academic study, by ensuring we provide accessible, valid and reliable assessments, and to enable the global community of compliance and financial crime specialists to perform to the highest standards of professional practice and conduct.
