Dr. Peter Wilkins is the Head of Academic Affairs and the Academic Lead for the International Compliance Association (ICA). He holds a PhD in Management from the University of Bath and is Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. He has a global background having worked in 4 countries and 2 continents with over 25 years leading large teams and complex projects in international higher education and in business. Prior to his current assignment with ICA he served as Academic Director with Laureate Online Education in Partnership with the University of Liverpool, with responsibilities for Master’s and Doctoral level online programmes across a wide range of disciplines.
