Lily Harwood

Lily joined ICA in 2003 with a Classics degree from the University of Manchester and a background in both agency and financial services. She has worked in a number of operational, project and marketing roles within the Association but is now Director of Marketing and Communications, responsible for ICA’s global marketing strategy.

This is a testament to the commitment and passion we all have for the Association and a real sense of pride in everything that ICA has achieved since its inception in 2001. It has been fascinating to see how the compliance profession has changed since I started and when I attend events and talk to our members, it is incredibly rewarding to hear them say how ICA has enabled them to contribute to this positive change.”
