Philmore E Warner

Philmore Warner is a lawyer by profession and currently holds the position of Senior Attorney and Managing Director of Woodbourne Trustees Ltd, one of Bermuda’s premier Trust Companies. Philmore has been a hand on compliance practitioner in excess of 10 years and is a founding member of the Association Of Bermuda Compliance Officers (ABCO). He presently holds the office of President. Philmore is also a very active member of the Bermuda Branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is a serving as this year’s student Liaison Officer.
