Michael S. Parkinson

Michael was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court (England) in 1980; an Attorney-at-Law (Cayman Islands) in 1985; and an Attorney-at-law (California) in 1992.

He practiced law in the Cayman Islands from 1985 through 1998, specialising in commercial and trust related matters of an international nature, prior to a brief spell as Head of Litigation at The College of Law, UK.

Michael designed the STEP Diploma program in Offshore Trust Management. He is also the author of the list STEP study texts.
