In-House Training for All Staff

ICA, through its training arm ICT, provides in-house training to firms who wish to place 15+ delegates onto a programme. The ICA has worked with many organisations throughout the world in developing the potential of their staff.

Benefits of in-house training include:

  • QUALITY - we pride ourself on the quality of service we provide to our clients. All our programmes are quality assured by the University of Manchester Business School.
  • FLEXIBILITY & CUSTOMISATION - we can include examples and processes unique to your firm, tailoring the workshops to meet your specific requirements.
  • EXPERIENCED TUTORS - we presents hundreds of courses per year in a range of centres including Jersey, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Isle of Man, Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Bahamas and London. All tutors possess the dual quality of practical industry expertise and excellent communication skills.
  • ADMINISTRATION - we can take the administrative burden from you of ensuring that all aspects of the course run smoothly, from inception to final course assessment.
  • AVOID TIME OUT OF THE OFFICE - we recognise that having staff out of the office can be problematical. ICA courses can be abridged or timetabled during the evening, lunchtime or other times to suit your organisation.
  • COST - The cost of the in-house course will depend on the number of attendees, venue and degree to which we are required to develop a new programme but you will save a significant amount on the public course fee.

In-house Training Conditions

  • Your firm will provide the venue, any audio-visual equipment and refreshments. A microphone will be needed if there are over 40 delegates.
  • That you notify us of the expected numbers attending at least seven days before the event.
  • In-house courses are normally operated on the basis that 15 - 25 delegates are in attendance.
  • We would be delighted to have the opportunity of discussing the benefits of in-house training with your organisation, either face to face or by telephone in the first instance.
