Geoffrey Shindler

Geoffrey Shindler joined Halliwell Landau in 1986 as a partner. He is head of the Trust and Estate Department.

Geoffrey is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Justice of England and Wales, a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), a Member of the Society of Legal Scholars, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Gibraltar and a Member of the Securities Institute.

Geoffrey has been the consulting editor for the Trusts and Estates Law Journal since 1998, the consulting editor for the Trust and Estates Tax Journal since 1999, a Member of the Editorial Board, Wills and Trusts Law Reports since 2000 and is on the Editorial Board of Tolley’s Trust Law International.

He is a joint author of Law of Trusts, a contributor to various professional journals, a frequent lecturer at STEP international, national and regional conferences and he also lectures to varous legal and accountancy groups.
