Graduate Diploma in Compliance and Graduate Diploma in AML, Compliance Leadership Programme
The Graduate Diploma in Compliance or Anti Money
Laundering (AML) has been specifically designed to provide
a training programme at a senior level for holders of the FICS
Level V Specialist Diploma, as well as experienced practitioners
operating at a senior level within the industry. It is designed to
provide them with enhanced skills, knowledge and expertise,
to enable them to operate at a leadership level within their
organisation.
This course is aimed at those delegates who already possess a
detailed understanding of key compliance and AML ideas and
strategies, building on this to develop their competencies at
the highest level under the FICS framework. Mapped at Level VI
under the FICS framework, this programme will ensure you are
‘fit and proper’ to undertake your duties, and help push your
career to the next level.

Course Structure
The Compliance Leadership Programme is run as a series of Masterclasses. To complete the Graduate Diploma you must attend all 6 Masterclasses, and then sit the Assessment (by way of work based interview).

Delegates not sitting the Graduate Diploma are still able to attend individual Masterclasses if they desire, but will not be awarded any SOA's, FICA, or the Graduate Diploma.
Admission Requirements
To be eligible to apply, you must possess a Specialist Diploma in Compliance or Anti-Money Laundering at FICS Level V (inclusive of all 5 SOA's), or work within a job role that requires senior compliance or AML responsibilities (FICS Level VI).
To apply, along with the application form, you must submit a copy of your current job description, organisational chart and CV for evaluation.
FICP Status
The Financial Industry Certified Professional (FICP) title is the highest certification mark for a financial practitioner in Singapore under the FICS framework. It embodies professional competence and commitment to excellence and serves as a beacon of excellence for Singapore 's financial services industry. FICP's exhibit the ability to apply critical knowledge and skills to handle various situations and challenges typically faced by senior executives with significant bottom-line and strategic responsibilities.
FICP's will be recognised by the industry to have:
- Achieved internationally benchmarked competency standards
- Demonstrated the ability to apply expert levels of knowledge and skills on the job in accordance with industry best practices
- Agreed to act as role models for other industry practitioners and aspirants and support the professional development efforts of the FICS framework
On completing the Graduate Diploma in Compliance or AML delegates will have satisfied the level VI SOA's required for FICP status, and will therefore be eligible to apply for FICP status subject to meeting the experience requirements outlined by the IBF.
Course Fees
Graduate Diploma (6 Masterclasses plus Graduate Diploma Assessment) - $7450 + GST
1 Masterclass - $1100 + GST
3 Masterclasses - $2750 + GST
6 Masterclasses - $4750 + GST
Financial Sector Development Fund
Financial sector organisations sponsoring Singapore-based participants may obtain grant support from the Financial Sector Development Fund (FSDF) for FICS accredited training programmes.
For individuals who are not sponsored by financial institutions and who pay for their own training and/or assessment, MAS will similarly provide grant support when they attend and complete FICS accredited programmes.

To be eligible to receive the funding for the Graduate Diploma course, you need to attend all 6 Masterclasses and pass the Graduate Diploma Assessment.
Should a company sponsored delegate wish to attend individual Masterclasses, they will be eligible for 70% funding under the FSDF. The FSDF offers 70% grants to financial sector organisations that sponsor eligible participants to training programmes that meet qualifying criteria, through the Financial Training Scheme.
